Ana is the coordinating partner of V&A and a lawyer in the Bucharest Bar since 2009.
Cosmin is the founding partner at V&A and a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2018.
Thierry is a Doctor of Law and a lawyer at the Strasbourg Bar since 2012.
Ana is a PhD student at the Faculty of Business Administration at the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest and a graduate of the Master's studies at the International Center for Intellectual Property in Strasbourg, France.
She enjoys a rich academic and professional experience, both nationally and internationally, working mainly in the area of insolvency, public procurement, restructuring projects and the transfer of bank assets, including portfolios of non-performing loans, the pharmaceutical industry, wood processing industry, IT and intellectual property, etc.
Recently, Ana provided consultancy for the implementation of an integrated "Smart Parking" project, and in the long term she aims to provide clients with consultancy in the process of developing sustainable businesses.
Cosmin – Ionut Gavril is a founding partner in the V&A and a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2018.
Cosmin is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the Alexandru Ioan Cuza University in Iași, class of 2017, and a year later he became a member of the Bucharest Bar.
From the beginning of his career, he embraced the activity of a pleading lawyer, offering legal assistance in civil law disputes, family law, labor law, administrative litigation, civil enforcement law, but also criminal law.
Pursuing the expansion of his areas of practice, he recently acted as a consulting lawyer, solving the problems faced by clients in the field of corporate & commercial law and the capital market.
In the files he manages, Cosmin proves pragmatism, accuracy and creativity in identifying solutions.
Thierry EDMOND together with Joseph MOWENA and Jean-Emmanuel MEDINA, operates at the headquarters in Strasbourg, 60 Avenue des Vosges.
The cases covered by the Strasbourg legal team are varied and involve aspects of Human Rights Protection, Consumer Law, Transport and Customs Law, Intellectual Property, Commercial and Company Law, Sports Law, Management of Financial Difficulties of Individuals.
Thierry offers legal services in French, English, German, Romanian, Turkish, etc.
